Biography

Phil 'P.R.' Dewhurst is a vibrant, exciting singer, guitarist and entertainer.

Since the late 1990s he has played over 2500 live shows throughout the UK, Europe and the USA, entertaining crowds with his mix of popular cover songs, by turns both energetic and chilled out.

Aside from his extensive work as a covers artist and function artist,
P.R. is also a professional songwriter and recording artist, and has worked in various capacities with Melody Gardot, Hank Marvin, Ronan Keating/Boyzone, Level 42, Henry Priestman, Jason Donovan, Graham Gouldman (10CC), Lotte Mullan, Elysium III, Athlete, Jeff Lang, Ricky Ross (Deacon Blue), Devon Sproule and many more.

His musical journey over the last ten years, both solo and with various projects, has taken in two major label record deals, seven albums and countless tours.

A typical P.R. Dewhurst live set consists of classic covers and modern hits...in short, something for everyone!
